The best-known form of long-term savings is insurance, which has turned into a pejorative word in Hungary lately. The reason for this is that the savings offered by unqualified and un-trained agents tried to sell their clients, did not reach their goals at the time of expiry, what is more, they could have caused considerable losses for people wishing to save money naively. But insurance and among these the so-called unit-linked constructions that is the savings bound to the investment units, have a number benefits that are worth for everybody to use. The state supports the citizen in Hungary who is saving in middle- or long-terms and does this through insurance in a way that he may claim HUF 100.000 of his personal income tax annually and the concerned services are free of rate tax. The unit linked insurance is suitable for mostly middle and long-term savings and investments, thus, it is necessary to pay big attention to what kind of foreign exchange the insurer keeps a record of our investment. We may have unpleasant surprises at the time of joining the currency union if we keep our savings in HUF. The weakening of the forint, its devaluation seems like an inescapable process so our products are constructions of which a record is kept in EUR or CHF. So clients may not only have an income of the yields of investment funds, but also the purchasing power of their money can be preserved. It comes out in the course of the personal talk with clients what kind of investment aims are already at their disposal, what kind of problems may occur in their life in the future, of which they have not thought yet. Insurance
What does it really mean to be an insurance broker? As opposed to the general misbelief this is not being an agent, not peddling but a fair, technically overall client representation.
We are independent insurance brokers. Our most important task is to represent our clients' interests opposite the insurance companies and to find the optimal insurance construction for them. We take a part in the full insurance process since we give information about the kinds of insurance (not merely of prizes but of the discounts and other services in connection with the product) we handle the contract of the client's claims adequately in the case of commission, moreover our company's apparatus comes forward in legal cases opposed to the insurance companies in the interest of clients.
The independent insurance brokers are clients' delegates whose collaboration helps to avoid unpleasant surprises and does not influence the price of the insurance. Without the claim of completeness including flat insurance and other so called mass products, we deal with these special areas as well:
food-networks' and twenty-four-hour grocery stores’ insurance, the insurance of petrol stations and their supplies, real estate tenants’ tenant liability insurance, the insurance of programs and exhibitions, primary and vocational liability insurance, common representatives' liability insurance, competitors’, sportsmen’s insurance. The bank account distributed by us is currently a market-leading product in its own area. The yield of the average current accounts without a binding is generally around 0,25%, while the year yield of the above mentioned account without a binding is over HUF 500.000, the central bank prime rate is currently minus 0,5%, that is now actually 8,0%! Let us interpret the facts written down before: the yield of the current account distributed by us without a binding is competitive with the yields offered by deposits based on a determined time. For keeping the stable value of the money kept on the account the interest is bound to the amount of the central bank prime rate. The additional benefit is the fixed, amount limit and site independent cash admission prize, the amount of which HUF 199. Beside this there are some facts not to be neglected, it is not necessary to pay an account treatment prize, the cash card does not have a yearly prize of use and the transfer from the account is free of an amount limit and frequency independent, saving additional money for our clients. Naturally, banking through the internet is also possible, the prize of which is also HUF 0.
Everybody likes knowing his money is safe and to avoid worrying the deposits up to EUR 100.000 is protected by a Belgian deposit insurance basis, so the Belgian state takes a guarantee for it. Based on the above listed facts it surely can be declared that there does not exist a better bank account than this in Hungary today.

Open-ended investment
XGA Total Return open-ended investment fund started its function in May 2008. Our company wished to make changes in the typical client portfolio treatment methods on the insurance market with the formation of the fund. Until that time the task of the sales clerks was the treatment of the clients' money according to the market, thus the possible fund change proposal appeared with their broadcasting, if it happened so at all. From ruthless specialized statistics we know that an insignificant percentage of the clients' money has been moving away compared to the compilation of the original portfolio in the last ten years.
We think that the client can be satisfied if his money is dealt with 24-hours a day by professional fund managers. We can relieve them of taking serious money-market decisions that way. The function of our fund broke with the traditions and made the real, professional client-portfolio treatment possible. The combination of the Total Return fund changes continuously in such a way that it buys from other investment funds. From more than a thousand investment funds 15-20 is selected that fulfil the all-time strategy of the XGA Total Return fund the most efficiently. This concept is one of the most popular investment product on advanced capital markets. The application of laying funds in investment funds results in even more efficient risk sharing and a more subtle portfolio combination. A record is kept of the investments and its yields in EUR, providing protection for our clients of the serious HUF devaluation.
With the formation of the basis we broadened the range of those services of ours further that are supposed to avoid the devaluation of estate at the time of the introduction of the EUR.


Credits
What is our role? As brokers, from among the bank offers showing big scatterings we try to suggest the most appropriate credit construction. Indeed, we question the client's intention for taking a credit since we represent the client's financial interests even opposed to their own desires or aims. Although this behaviour might sound controversial, it is needed for characterizing a real broker company in the course of its financial activity that it keeps his clients' material interests in focus primarily and his own material weal comes only second.
What do credit claimants meet now?
The year 2008 was the historical turning point of credits because with the American secondary mortgage market's collapse the banks' credit philosophy and politics was reinterpreted. The credit offerings overbidding each other and lacking condition difference, the constructions not demanding private resources and incomes became extinct. The creditors pursue conservative politics again, meaning they ask for a higher amount of private resources, they have decreased the amount of financing, a credit is offered based on justified income only and not the least, the interest rate was raised, further narrowing down the possible number of applicants. Actions seem to be ceasing. Exchange rates are way too high. Credit requirements got stricter. There is need for accurate, professional information and administration in this chaotic time, furthermore in many cases for thinking together creatively, which is offered and done by the XGA expert team.
What do we want?
If we wanted to respond to this question with one sentence, we would say that we want to hold a lantern up to our clients' nose and guide them through the labyrinths of financial reality. In other words, we would like to change the average Hungarian citizens’ financial point of view that got stuck during the decades. What do we mean by this? For example, it belongs to our traditions, that an own flat, house has to be at everybody's disposal because the person who does not own one is not a man. Western societies do not force themselves to stick to such dogma, they realised that it is possible to live a full life in a rented real estate as well. What’s more, they are aware of the number of advantages flat tenancy has, from how much extra expense (property tax, land registry dues, renovation, maintenance, loss of value, etc.) they escape in exchange for the payment of the rent. Another heritage of ours is that an enormous part of our population still does not understand why it is necessary to save money in a long-term, they do not perceive that with their present financial behaviour they will be incapable of keeping their present standard of living at pensionable age. We have set the transformation of similar thoughts as an aim. We would like to get the financial intelligence of people catch up with the level of western societies. Our company pays attention to train his business partners indirectly, helping them avoid the future.
As a summary, we want to do something for the creation and promotion of the prosperity of people.
How do we do it?
One of our company's fundamental philosophies is that we do not deal with product marketing but we make financial diagnostics that has to direct clients' existential situation and way of thinking into a direction that is successful in middle and long terms. The most successful way to achieve this aim is not that we take obsolete and non-existing products from the shelves of multinational financial service provider companies but as a broker, representing the clients' interests, we develop our own products. As for product development we collect the market information, we check future trends, we meet numerous clients and adding our own vocational knowledge and our creativity we visit our partners, where the only thing necessary is to formulate the idea.
Our mission is to make the population understand that the only road in the future is that instead of mindless loaning and indebtedness they should choose conscious self-catering and responsible way of thinking. The financial preparedness and intelligence of the Hungarian population is unfortunately quite incomplete. There is not enough information for people how to deal with their own financial affairs correctly. Unfortunately the constant manipulative behaviour of the media and our confirmed and stuck bad habits do not help our financial position to be heading towards the abyss.
